My bathroom remains bare, undecorated.

Today I went with a friend to Home Depot and found this:

I was so excited! I knew it would look just perfect on my tub. I brought it home only to discover that it is way too tall. Look, in this picture where it sits on the floor it is still too tall. It is still in my bathroom for now, I have no idea where else to put it. I just have to giggle every time I see it. It was certainly an impulse buy. However, the $12 was well spent if only for the giggles it has brought me. :)

When I look at my tub I see candles and plants! Any suggestions of what kind and how?

Mother's Day

The kids and I had a great day. We went to a 5 acre rose garden. The garden is owned privatly, but it was opened to the public on this day. We had so much fun seeing the roses and taking pictures. Gabrielle received an early birthday present of an exceptionally nice camera. She took gobs of pictures. I wish I could post them all on here for you to see. I will post, probablly too many. Like I said we had a blast and I have family that will enjoy seeing them. If you aren't family, I hope you enjoy them as well.

When we got home the kids made me lunch. It has been a really nice day.
