Kitten

*Updated 6-1-08: Kitten has gone to live with the 9 yr. old that lives across the street. I believe that even though there are 3 other cats that already live there, she'll be very loved.

Kitten came home wrapped in my daughter's sweatshirt. My first response was "NO!" Then I said only in your room. Every thing; cat and all that goes with having a cat. Kitten has snuck into my heart. 'She' is adorable. She plays and she has learned to purr. If I'm laying on the floor, when she wears herself out she curls up next to me. At first I wouldn't have any thing to do with her because I didn't want to get attached. We still call her 'Kitten', because she isn't supposed to stay. We have all asked everyone we can think of and every one we've asked says no. I would still prefer her to go to a different home, but I have a feeling if she stays long enough to gain a name I will have lost the battle.

Thanks for the invite! I think we may be keeping a dog as Mel has been "trying him out" for over 2 weeks now =)

Oh she is too precious!! We almost got a kitten a few weeks ago. I say "almost" because Zach nearly wore me down until I said yes, but then it ended up not working out for various reasons. I would love a kitty--but I just don't think I could handle the cat box. : (

so cute! but you're better off...that long fuzzy hair is only going to grow to be unruly as she grows.

you'll always have your pictures and memories though. :)
